Ingredients :
20-25 Soyabean chunks of medium size,
1 medium onion for 2,
green chillies 2-3,
oil 2 tbsp,
salt,
Soya sauce,
tomato sauce,
Method :
1. Cut onion in straight fashion.
2. Make a vertical cut to green chillies and then cut it in 2-3 pieces.
3. Soak the chunks in boiling water for 2 minutes and then drain the water thoroughly from the chunks.
4. Remove the chunks and press them a bit to remove extra water soaked by them.
5. Add oil to the kadhai, when it is hot enough add chopped onion and chillies to it.
6. Fry until onion becomes transparent.
7. Add soya chunks to it.
8. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce, and stir contents.
9. Heat for about 4 minutes.
10. Serve hot, along with a chilled bear.
Mind, they taste good when they are hot. An average person can eat up to 20 pieces max with one beer.
